Alert Issued For Long Island Man Wanted For Criminal Mischief

Police investigators in Nassau County have issued an alert for a wanted man who was charged with third-degree criminal mischief last year. He later failed to appear for court proceedings and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Investigators described Richard Stultz, 36, as a 5-foot-8 African American weighing approximately 190 pounds who is bald with brown eyes. Anyone who comes into contact with him has been cautioned by police not to attempt to apprehend or detain him.

Anyone with information regarding Stultz’s whereabouts, or who recognizes him has been asked to call 911 or contact the Nassau County Police Department by calling (516) 573-7524.
